If you have forgotten your password or just want to change it, you're in the right place. This is a 2 step process:

1. Type your user ID in the text box below to retrieve your security question.
2. Answer your security question correctly

Once you have completed these steps correctly, you will recieve an email with a temporary password you can use to log on to the system.

You will then be prompted to change your temporary password to a new one of your choice when you log on.
